Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Talent Management team within Flight Operations Division. He/She will support and facilitate the effective management of technical crew talent within the organisation. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating selection processes, and facilitating communication between various departments.
The role is instrumental in ensuring smooth succession planning, career development, and fleet management for technical crew members.
Key Responsibilities

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating selection processes, and facilitating communication between various departments.
The role is instrumental in ensuring smooth succession planning, career development, and fleet management for technical crew members.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Crew Talent Management - Succession Planning and Development
- Prepare and verify files for selection meetings
- Maintain master lists
- Coordinate with management for recommendations
- Facilitate selection meetings, including minute-taking
- Communicate selection results to stakeholders
- Coordinate pilot fleet movements
- HR & Administrative Functions
- Maintain and update various databases and lists, including departmental manuals, previous flying hours
- Manage Command Trainee Failure List
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for crew data
- Assist in recruiting interviewers
- Diploma in any displine and having HR/talent management experience will be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and processing confidential data and reports.
- Strong ability to maintain, update, and manage complex databases and information systems.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities, handle last-minute requests, and remain composed under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
