Description:
Oversee the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Retail, Finance, Operations, and Inventory. Ensure the system aligns with business processes, meets functional and non-functional requirements, and supports company goals. Manage the project from initiation to post-implementation, ensuring the platform is fully tailored and integrated across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Retail, and Supply Chain modules.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with other internal and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, POS, e-commerce).
- Manage data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF), ensuring smooth data transfer from legacy systems.
- Define integration architecture and work with external vendors on API integration, middleware, and Power Automate solutions.
- Oversee custom report development (e.g., using Power BI, SSRS) and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate testing, including UAT, and ensure the system meets business requirements.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Retail, or Supply Chain modules).
- Expertise in system integration, including APIs, OData, and Azure Services.
- Strong experience in data migration, using DMF and Entity Store.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and custom reporting.
- Hands-on experience in retail POS configuration and inventory management.
- Agile project management experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
Preferred qualification:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (Finance, Operations, Retail).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
