Fintech & Research Analyst

In a multifaceted role, the FinTech and Research Analyst will be involved in analyzing financial technology trends, conducting market research, and providing insights to help businesses make informed decisions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the latest trends in digital assets, fintech, and related fields. Analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to the team.
• Project Management: Lead and support various project initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Innovation Support: Assist in the development and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot new projects and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights. Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in digital assets and fintech. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices and processes

Professional/Academic Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, and project management, preferably within the financial, fintech, digital assets, or innovation sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in project management or digital assets (e.g., CFA, PMP, blockchain certifications) are advantageous.
• Valid certification in Fundamentals of Financial Services from CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) is required
