Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer

We are working on a project to enhance the job posting experience for employers who create jobs directly on the site and those whose jobs are indexed from external sites. Key improvements include better tools for finding and managing job postings, facilitating collaboration during the hiring process, and handling bulk actions for large job volumes. The team focuses on these features to simplify job management, increase employer engagement, and drive higher performance, particularly for high-volume employers.

IF YOU ARE

• Strong in Java and JavaScript with 5+ years of experience
• Skilled in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Experienced with Kotlin
• Experienced in the Spring Framework and DropWizard
• Knowledgeable in modern frontend build and test tooling such as Webpack, ESLint, Cypress, Jest, Babel, and NPM/Yarn
• Showing practice in SQL databases and Git
• Confident working with Agile methodologies, including requirements elicitation, estimations, peer reviews, and collaboration with the product team
• Effective as a team player and able to mentor others
• Having expertise in unit testing and integration tests
• Capable of communicating in English fluently to offer solutions and meet project needs
• Knowledgeable in GraphQL or Apollo Client (would be a plus)

• Conduct code reviews
• Create and maintain quality software using best-in-class tools (Kafka, Splunk, DataDog, AWS)
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and participate in architectural decision-making
• Drive new features from inception to production, working with Product management and operations in an Agile environment
• Deliver tested and optimized high-performance code for a distributed container-based architecture
• Participate in the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions
• Collaborate with various teams
