External Player Support Agent (contract)

Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games.

We are looking for talented Player Support Agents to work with our external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 100 millions players worldwide — you can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The position involves 8 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+2).

Options for working hours (Kyiv time, GMT+2) are as follows:

1. Shift 1: 18:30 - 03:00 from Sunday to Thursday

2. Shift 2: 21:30 - 06:00 from Tuesday to Saturday

For this position, it is important to have Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions
• Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
• Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams

What we expect

• English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics
• Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
• Time management skills and the ability to multitask
• A laptop or PC and the ability to work during power outages
• Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine

Desired

• MMORPG gaming experience
• Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
