Roc Search have partnered with a software driven e-commerce company who are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. This can be from Mid level (5 years of experience) upto Senior level.

Their search engine is an invaluable service for the Tech industry saving their users thousands of hours per day. Loved by their many users and more a mission than a job for their committed team. A lively and fun culture with a supportive management make this a great place to work.

The Software developers are the backbone of the company. Your professional development will be supported and you will be using the latest technology. This is one project that they have been working on for 10 years so you can feel a sense of ownership and purpose. The staff are given autonomy, complexity and a link between effort and reward as such this should be a satisfying role.

Required skills:

• Strong C# development skills
• Good understanding of object oriented design principles
• SQL Database
• Experience of integration with REST APIs
• .NET Core
• Entity Framework Core
• Version Control
• Experience of agile development practices

Desirable skills:

• Microservices
• Microsoft Azure/Cloud experience
• JavaScript frameworks such as Vue JS or Angular (They use Vue)
