The firm is seeking a passionate and experienced Investment Manager to drive investment opportunities at the intersection of Web3, Fintech, and Crypto.

Your Role:

As an Investment Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments in the Web3, Fintech, and crypto ecosystems. You will collaborate with the firm's partners, portfolio companies, and industry stakeholders to drive value creation and contribute to its strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing:
• Identify and evaluate high-potential startups and investment opportunities in Web3, Fintech, and crypto.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, industry leaders, and key ecosystem players.
• Due Diligence:
• Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and technical assessments of potential investments.
• Evaluate business models, tokenomics, and scalability of projects in Web3, Fintech, and related technologies.
• Portfolio Management:
• Support portfolio companies in scaling operations, fundraising, and refining their business strategies.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth and success.
• Industry Insights:
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments across Web3, Fintech, and crypto sectors.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Thought Leadership:
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by publishing reports, whitepapers, or blogs on Web3, Fintech, and crypto developments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, with a focus on tech, Fintech, or blockchain investments.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Fintech ecosystems, including familiarity with tokenomics, DeFi, payments, and digital banking.
• Proven track record of sourcing and executing successful investments in technology-driven sectors.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
