By bridging the worlds of traditional finance and digital asset markets, the platform aims to revolutionize trade finance through RWA (Real-World Asset) tokenization, smart contracts, and AI-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take the $SRC Ecosystem from the ground to launch. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the platform, ensuring that it is secure, efficient, and capable of handling high transaction volumes in a blockchain-based tokenization ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development Architecture

- Design and develop the full-stack architecture for the $SRC Ecosystem, including the frontend, backend, blockchain integration, and AI-powered components.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that integrate RWA tokenization, smart contracts, and AI-driven algorithms for due diligence, credit scoring, and investor matching.

- Develop decentralized applications (dApps) for managing tokenized assets, investments, and trade finance activities, ensuring smooth user experiences across all platforms.

2. Blockchain & Smart Contract Development

- Build and deploy smart contracts for tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs), ensuring security, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

- Integrate blockchain networks (such as Ethereum, Polygon, Polkadot, Solana, or others) into the platform for asset issuance, investor participation, and automated execution of trade finance activities.

- Work closely with the CTO and other developers to ensure cross-chain interoperability and seamless integration of DeFi protocols.

3. AI Integration for Trade Finance

- Develop and integrate AI-driven modules that enable automated due diligence, risk assessment, credit scoring, and predictive analytics for trade finance and SME funding.

- Work with the AI team to ensure the platform’s machine learning models can be seamlessly integrated into the user experience, providing actionable insights for investors and SMEs.

4. Backend Development & API Design

- Design and implement backend systems to support high-volume transactions, user accounts, and token management for SMEs, investors, and platform administrators.

- Create and maintain RESTful APIs to enable interaction between the front-end and back-end systems, as well as to interact with external services such as payment gateways, blockchain nodes, and AI-powered services.

- Ensure robust data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards such as AML/KYC and GDPR, MiCA in the context of blockchain and tokenized finance.

5. Frontend Development & User Experience

- Design and build the user interface for the $SRC Ecosystem, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and secure experience for both SMEs and investors.

- Ensure the frontend integrates smoothly with backend services and blockchain functionalities, including wallet integration, smart contract interaction, and real-time updates.

6. Testing, Deployment, and Scaling

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality, robustness, and security of the platform.

- Automate deployment processes using modern CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe code releases.

- Monitor performance and optimize scalability, ensuring the system can handle growing user demand and high transaction throughput as the platform scales.

7. Collaboration & Mentorship

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including blockchain engineers, AI developers, product managers, and business stakeholders) to align on product features and technical requirements.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally, while ensuring best practices in software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

- Extensive experience with full-stack development, including frontend (React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Go, Ruby) technologies.

- Expertise in blockchain development (Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, etc.), including smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Vyper) and decentralized application (dApp) architecture.

- Strong knowledge of tokenization concepts, including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155 ERC-3643 tokens, and experience building tokenization platforms.

- Experience integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications, particularly for risk assessment and predictive analytics in financial services.

- *Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and serverless architectures.

- API development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and experience integrating third-party services.

- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.

Additional Skills:

- Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices and how to mitigate risks such as reentrancy attacks, front-running, and gas inefficiencies.

- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain interoperability solutions (e.g., Chainlink, Polkadot, Cosmos, Layer 2 solutions).

- Experience with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience working in agile development environments, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in building tokenized finance platforms, including security token offerings (STOs), real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, or DeFi lending platforms.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for financial platforms, including AML/KYC, GDPR, and compliance in tokenized finance.

- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or DeFi projects.
