Senior UX/UI Designer

Avenga is looking for a talented UX Designer in Argentina to join our team full-time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial solutions our client specializes in.

The perfect candidate will possess experience in developing virtual wallets and payment systems, which will be utilized to create financial products and services for both individuals and businesses across various platforms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a UX Designer with specific experience in banking/fintech, virtual wallets, or payments
• Knowledge of different techniques for conducting research, user tests, usability tests, and user interviews
• Competent in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• English - Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to thoroughly understand their needs, behaviors and pain points
• Design innovative, user-centric solutions that solve real problems and add value
• Align with the bank's strategic objectives and bring business insight to the design process
• Design intuitive and effective user flows that guide customers through the different functionalities of the product
• Create user interfaces (UI) that are attractive, usable and consistent with the bank's brand identity
• Ensure that the user experience (UX) is optimal at all touch points, from navigation to interaction with functionalities
• Work closely with the Product and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in the definition of the product strategy and ensure that the design is aligned with the overall vision
• Perform usability testing with real users to get feedback and continuously improve the design.
• Implement designs in collaboration with the development team, ensuring quality and fidelity to the original vision
