Through this collaboration, the firm substantially contributes to an innovative, globally oriented academic program that integrate sustainability principles across disciplines, preparing students to lead in fields related to environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
To strengthen the regional presence in general and to support the collaboration with the universities in the Germanic region, the company is seeking an Advisor/Business Strategist based in Vienna.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and workforce demands.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to benchmark and position new academic programs effectively.
• Work closely with academic leaders from all partners to gather insights and align program development with industry standards and student expectations.
• Develop and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including academic and cross-functional teams within the global structure.
• Monitor the implementation of new programs, assessing their impact and effectiveness.
• Provide actionable feedback and recommend adjustments to continuously improve program outcomes.
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration within teams to ensure program offerings are consistently innovative and market relevant.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional experience in management consultancy, strategic inhouse consulting, or strategic roles supporting C-level executives in large corporations or publicly listed companies.
• Exceptional ability to conduct in-depth market research and complex data analysis.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern research methodologies and tools to derive business insights.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering research-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skilled in crafting clear, persuasive presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
• Ability collaborate effectively with both academic and corporate teams.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
