UI/UX Designer

Your Role:

Collaborating with multiple teams to rework a suite of interconnected, data-driven tools designed for specific user needs. This involves overhauling information architecture, rethinking navigation to align with UX best practices, and conducting some UI tweaks to ensure consistency with our design system. The focus is on creating a cohesive, user-centered experience through significant reimagining and refinement.

Key skills:

• Experience in Administrative Software: Preference for candidates with a background in designing for administrative or enterprise software.
• Proficiency with Design Systems: Ability to work within established design systems to ensure consistency across data-heavy tools, with less emphasis on creating UI from scratch.
• Strong Information Architecture Skills: Expertise in rethinking information architecture and improving website navigation.
• Complex User Journeys: Skilled in designing and optimizing user flows and processes.
• User-Centered Approach: Proficient in conducting user testing and research to understand and cater to specific personas and their needs.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Experience in creating high fidelity wireframes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Figma + experience in working with existing design systems & components.
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
