We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to oversee and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices across teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and seamless project execution. This role requires exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with a strong focus on SAFe principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the ART, ensuring smooth execution of Planning Intervals (PIs) and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Organize and facilitate PI planning events, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned on deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading Inspect and Adapt workshops and incorporating feedback loops.
- Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance their roles, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, DevSecOps, Infrastructure/System, IT Support, DataOps, and service teams, to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and transparency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure teams are on track to meet objectives and deliver value.
- Coach teams on SAFe practices and principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Agile project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a Release Train Engineer or similar role.
- Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of software development and data science concepts.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira and other project management platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and requirements.
