Senior/Lead Service Designer

We are looking for Senior/Lead Service Designer

Our digital development efforts have grown and matured to the level that we are now looking for our very first in-house service designer to work with our already sizable development team!

• You will lead the development of Greenstep digital user experience, covering our external product portfolio and internal development efforts.
• As you are the first in-house design professional, you will of course need to have both a very hands on approach and the background to define the most value adding activities for our design agenda – and enjoy educating colleagues about service and UX design.
• Concretely, you will work with developer and product colleagues day-to-day in making right choices to benefit our users, and with your concepts, prototypes and UI designs, deliver benefit our customers and employees. You know the drill.
  
  

You will be working on, and directly impact the future of such products as Bezala, BI Book and our customer interaction platform Greenstep Hub (link to video). We are well on the path of success with these products, but aim higher all the time!

• Bezala has already over 100.000 users in Finland and abroad.
• BI Book is the leading platform for making Power BI analytics simple and straightforward to adopt – used by over 20% of all Finnish listed companies.
• With Greenstep Hub we aim no less than to transform how our industry works.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• Not exactly your first rodeo. You are an experienced design professional with skills ranging from usability and UI design to more strategic product design. You enjoy both hands-on work and defining design directions. You know the state of the art tools of the trade and have a portfolio to showcase your achievements.
• Experience from designing digital B2B products, including mobile. Background with analytics and/or financial management tools is beneficial, but not required.
• Language skills: fluent in English. Finnish language helps a lot, but is not mandatory.
• Preferred location in Espoo, but all Greenstep offices can be considered.
