What you'll do

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality features for our FinTech platform.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, ensuring a robust and scalable backend.
• Take ownership of projects, from ideation to production, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Embrace a "shift-left" mentality, proactively addressing product, data, security, and operational considerations.
• Be a problem-solver, contributing to the team's success by delivering value to our customers.
• Lead technical discussions, drive architectural decisions, and champion best practices for software development within the team.
  
  

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and leading code reviews.
• A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including code versioning, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience working effectively in a team environment, collaborating on shared goals and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines.
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic FinTech environment.

At VIALET, we leverage a modern tech stack to power our platform. You'll be working with technologies like Node.js and TypeScript. We also utilize AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, and CDK, along with Redis and more. • Competitive compensation: 3000-4200 euros Net, based on your experience and knowledge, with room for negotiation.
