React Developer

I am Andrius Dmuchovskis and I am leading TV & Media software development in Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are a great bunch of highly skilled professionals, responsible for the development of Telia TV platforms that are serving hundreds of thousands of customers. A total of 39 true professionals are working on this TV platform. We operate in two major teams: the backend team consists of 9 developers, while the frontend team has 9 members also. I am super proud of every member of our team! Right now, we are looking for 2 team members – React Developers – to join our TV & Media Development team. We are seeking professionals with different levels of experience, from MID to Senior in both of the biggest cities in Lithuania: Vilnius and Kaunas.

As a React Developer you will…

… develop high-end TV apps, solutions, and integrations for the well-known Telia Play platform. Currently, the team's main focus is on web-based TV, mobile and browser applications. Working with team on mentoring other developers, providing guidance on React and modern frontend technologies, driving continual learning, conducting thorough code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly performant and responsive web applications.

Your experience should include programming proficiency, especially with Typescript and React.js. You should have hands-on experience creating web applications and be familiar with technologies like Tailwind CSS, RTK, Redux. Other experience as Storybook or Web players/streaming would be beneficial. This background will help you contribute effectively to our team's success and the creation of impactful solutions for our customers.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 – 5500 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
