.Net Technical Lead (Business-to-Government Unit)

As a .NET Technical Team Lead, you will be a key player in driving our technological vision. You will not only manage a team, but you will mentor, inspire, and empower them to deliver exceptional results. You'll be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial architecture design to deployment and maintenance, with a strong focus on building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.

What You Will Do

• Leading the design and architecture of complex applications, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Leading projects from inception to launch, leveraging your experience in designing and building applications, making key architectural decisions, and setting the technical direction.
• Guiding and mentoring a team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Championing code quality, implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Working with and optimizing modern technology stack: Azure Cloud Services and Infrastructure, .NET, OpenShift, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ,, SQL Server, Oracle, EF Core, and relevant front-end technologies including React.
• Ensuring that solutions meet the performance and security standards, implementing security best practices, and optimization.
• Working closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• At least 4 years of experience in C# / .NET developing and leading technical team.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure/AWS, .NET, C#, T-SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP services, React.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level) and Lithuanian language skills.
• Solid work ethic, self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
