People & Culture Generalist

We are looking for:

• 2 years of experience in HR, office & event management or equivalent roles;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (C1 levels);
• A creative, attentive, can-do attitude holding, and organised individual;
• Responsibility, discretion, and quickness on your feet;
• Great time management and work prioritisation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.

You will:

• Drive our team‘s company events and training organisation (online/offline/hybrid);
• Oversee office and IT support related questions and policies;
• Aid in creative external communication (web, social media, other) and internal company initiatives;
• Coordinate our internship programmes;
• Support our team in employee life cycles (on-boarding & off-boarding, documentation, etc);
• Provide general support in other areas of HR and office management.
