Information Security Officer

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in information security, preferably within the Fintech industry.
• Knowledge of security products as SIEM, DLP, IPS/IDS,ERP.
• You passion with open source based solutions.
• Deep understanding of security standards and frameworks relevant to Fintech (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS especially, DORA and etc. ).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive risk management.
• Ability to understand code weaknesses explicitly Python Perl Java. If you have also an experience of coding, even better as it might become tool for your extraordinary efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH etc.) are highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to the Fintech industry.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
• Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, mitigating risks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with ICT and Business teams to integrate robust security practices in all our financial services and products.
• Stay abreast of the latest security trends, regulatory requirements, and Fintech innovations.
• Educate staff on Cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of security awareness.
