Medical Division is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in team development, onboarding, performance, and support the team in their daily work.

In QuaDigi you will join our leadership community here locally and at the same time become a part of the larger international community within our company’s group.

Work

Team leadership will include frequent communication with stakeholders as well as close support of current engineering team. You would also take part in technical discussions, so it would be great to have some sort of software development background or at least general IT projects management understanding, in order to speak "same language". It is also very important to encourage best engineering practices within the team - like peer reviews, keeping up with design and code development standards etc. For this position, we are looking for a Team Lead who has prior experience working on a large-scale projects/team as well as:

• Leading and developing teams with a people-focused approach.
• Managing various team member requests and addressing them in a timely manner.
• Supporting the company’s internal projects or guiding the team through organizational changes.
• Thriving in high-complexity environments with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Being a great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Possessing fluent English skills.
• Coordinating all document preparation according to internal processes, including preparing documents typically handled by the SW Project Lead.
• Monitoring and coordinating the status of the project.
• Planning work packages effectively.
• Having experience with medical products or applications.
• Demonstrating experience or understanding of the development process.
