Bits of your job:

• Support the Chief Business Officer in executing new initiative projects.
• Lead the successful implementation of assigned brand projects from conception to completion.
• Suggest process optimization ideas and create implementation plans.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, UI/UX, Brand Designers, and Copywriters, to achieve brand objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and analyze competitive activity within the health and wellness industry.
• Generate innovative ideas and brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Higher education
• 2+ years of marketing project manager experience
• Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, JIRA or similar)
• Ability to clearly and effectively formulate tasks
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Understanding of branding and other marketing disciplines
• Strong planning, organizational & communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong ownership of projects
