Get Ready To

• Tackle Data Challenges: Cleanse, transform, and validate data while solving issues like quality gaps, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Develop with Power BI: Create models, calculations, and visualizations that drive business success. Maintain and optimize existing reports.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess needs, and turn data into actionable strategies.
• Be Proactive: Uncover insights, generate reports, and create impactful dashboards.
• Partner with IT: Collaborate on data warehousing solutions, understand SQL, and apply core principles for scalable results.
  
  

We Expect You To Have

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics).
• Proven Experience: Strong background in data or business analysis, with proficiency in Power BI (including Power Query and DAX) for creating reports and visualizations.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to data accuracy and quality, with the ability to tackle and communicate technical and business problems effectively.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to tasks.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset: Eagerness to learn and adapt, with curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with OASES/RAIDO (aviation systems) or database management is a plus.
