How You’ll Lead and Innovate

• Lead functional development, build, and design of Oracle ERP systems, focusing on Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Purchasing.
• Collaborate with global teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency using Oracle EBS v12.2.3.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented team culture.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.

Your Unique Strengths

• Experience in Oracle ERP development and integration.
• Ability to balance technical and functional responsibilities (50/50 split).
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS v12.2.3, PL/SQL, SQL, and SaaS integrations.

• Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing offshore teams.
