Product Manager

With a clear vision and a robust strategy, we are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help execute that vision and implement the mobile first product strategy.

About the role:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading product planning and critical product design work to implement the mobile first product strategy. This individual will lead product planning work to deliver the product roadmap regularly by working with peer teams and by aligning with overall product vision, which would guide the product development work effectively and efficiently. This individual will also be responsible for critical product design work, especially AI driven mobile digital products. Besides, this individual will always ensure that the responsible product can be developed and launched in time and with the product KPIs achieved.

What You'll Do :

• Product Planning: Be responsible for product planning work for GoodHabitz digital products to deliver the product roadmap quarterly and yearly. It leverages the holistic considerations of the learner's need, the Learning/Development Manager(L/D) need, the revenue growth need and the competitors' situation
• Learner Product Design: Implement the mobile first product strategy and design the best-in-class learner experience to foster the learning habits and achieve the learning result effectively. It embraces both the LMS based learning experience and the mobile/web-based learning experience to deliver the seamless and personalized learning experience to our learners.
• L/D Product Design: Be responsible for designing effective L/D product experience to drive high L/D satisfaction and efficiency, and hence increases the learner engagement and support the revenue growth
• Revenue Growth Product Design: Work with marketing and sales teams to design the effective product packages to support the revenue growth
• Content Development Support: Support the Content Teams to develop the best-in-class content by leveraging the learners' need, the L/D need and the AI technology
• E2E Product Responsibility: Drive the product e2e implementation from the idea phase to the final phase to deliver the learner's value and revenue value
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with peer teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Foster a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to continuously refine and improve the product experience.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best-in-class product management processes and frameworks to drive product development efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure continuous improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in driving product planning and product design work, with at least 8 years' product management experience and at least 3 years' product planning experience
• Significant experience leading AI-driven product development initiatives and bringing AI-powered products to market
• A history of delivering world-class digital products, particularly in B2C or mobile-first environments
• Prior experience in gaming, EdTech, or other consumer-driven digital products is highly preferred
• Technical experience or technical background in the past is highly preferred
• Stakeholder management:
• Strong communicator with the ability to align and inspire stakeholders across the organization, from product teams to executives
• Able to balance long-term strategic vision with the immediate need for execution, delivering results quickly without sacrificing quality
• Skills & Competencies:
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, with a focus on delivering mobile-first, AI-driven products
• Data driven mindset is a must, with strong analytical skills to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive performance
• A high level of business acumen and the ability to align product goals with overall business objectives
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
