Our client is an innovative tech company specializing in innovative technology solutions for connected environments and automated systems. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technologies, they are expanding globally and looking to grow their team in Lisbon.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design scalable, secure systems, leveraging AWS cloud technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. F ollowing this, you will be heavily involved in the architecture side too.

Key Responsibilities

• Design cloud-based solutions with a focus on scalability and security.
• Lead cloud strategy with AWS to optimize cost and performance.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years within a DevOps Environment
• Must have strong commercial experience with cloud infrastructure
• Extensive experience with AWS
• Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Architectural experience within AWS solutions is a significant advantage.

Interview process:

• 30-minute call with Co-founder – Cultural fit
• 1hr deep dive technical-based round (tech task may be present)
• 1hr conversation with both founders – final expectations
