Main tasks

• Program and Project Digital PMO
• Support the AI Program Governance
• Joint coordination with business, IT, AI
• Reporting & communication
• Support the AI Program Manager in developing and maintaining the AI program roadmap
• Assist in coordinating AI project initiatives across various business lines and functions
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between AI project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI project metrics, ensuring effective measurement and evaluation of AI project outcomes

Profile

• 2/3+ years of experience in project management
• Basic understanding of AI concepts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Ideally with experience working in a banking or financial services environment
