Project Operations Manager

ABOUT US:

We’re looking to expand our Betting Entertainment Tools team in Ljubljana, with seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Operations Manager. You’ll be joining a dedicated and closely connected team that specializes in market leading betting solutions integrated by more than 400 clients and reaching hundreds of millions of sport fans and punters globally.

We are to streamline and to oversee the operational aspects of projects to ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product, engineering, customer success and other cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product launches, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. This role requires strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Operational support: optimize workflows between product, engineering, design and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Lead the operational planning and partner with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams regarding product priorities and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance project efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations management or a similar role.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Initial Screening (30 minutes): A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
• First interview (30 minutes): A quick chat with the Hiring Manager to further elaborate your experience and present details about the position.
• Task: A short home task to showcase your skills and thinking.
• Final interview (60 minutes): Meet with the wider team and SVP to dive into your expertise, as also discuss team fit.
• Final Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!

We keep it simple and aim to wrap up the process within 3 weeks.
