As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our design processes, setting standards, and fostering a user-centric culture. You'll be an integral part of our team, making a meaningful impact by:
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Design and create high-fidelity mockups and visual designs for desktop and mobile applications that empower users
- Developing innovative, tailor-made AI solutions for national and international clients, starting from scratch
- Working with the latest trends in user interface design, best practices, cutting-edge tools and technologies
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholder and product owners, to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet user needs
- Simplifying complex workflows to deliver high-impact user experiences and advocating for UX/UI excellence across the organization
Requirements
We are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in UX/UI design
- Strong expertise in interaction design processes, user research, and project definition
- Experience facilitating client workshops and leading collaborative design sessions
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in accessibility and usability standards
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize and design user experiences that balance creativity, profitability, and programming feasibility
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite or similar with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Passionate about designing for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android) and be familiar with the technology behind the design such as HTML and CSS
- Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus
