Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, analyze data, and support the development of data warehouse (DW) structures and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document detailed requirements for data warehouse developments, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Work closely with DW developers to design and validate new data structures required for reporting and analytics.
• Test data structures during system migrations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases and validate results to confirm the success of data migration or transformation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in tools like Confluence, detailing data requirements, solutions, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Actively use Jira and Clarity to track tasks, document progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and maintain high standards for data accuracy and security.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as needed to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data (1 year).
• Experience with data warehouse development and reporting.
• Good with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
