We are seeking a Data Architect Lead to join our Technology Team within the Advisory department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Data Warehouse (DWH), Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, analytics, and data architecture. This role will be critical in designing and implementing our data solutions, ensuring that our data architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with our clients’ business objectives.

What will you do?

• Shape and implement enterprise-level data architecture, ensuring efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Establish and lead a data team that will be responsible for delivering to our clients the entire span of possible data projects including: data strategy/ data governance/data management; implementation of Data Warehouse (DWH)/ Data lake/ ODS; BI reporting; data visualization; data analytics; AI.
• Identify and resolve data architecture-related issues and optimize data processes and workflows.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients’ key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and define the best approach to meet the requirements.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in data architecture and apply them to improve existing solutions.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data architecture, with a focus on DWH, BI, reporting, and analytics.
• Previous experience with the financial sector, the energy sector, retail or utilities is a plus.
• A good understanding and previous experience of a data management implementation project is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Experience with BI and DWH tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL, OLAP).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, R).
• Familiarity with data governance practices and standards.
• Experience in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
