Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

As our Team activities grow for the transition to the Audi F1 team, we are now looking to recruit a Business Transformation Project Manager within the Business Transformation Department.
This key position plays a pivotal role in the strategic roll out of various transformation workstreams in line with our transition to Audi and builds upon the foundations of the business wide continuous improvement commitments over the coming years towards our vision and missions.
In line with our strategic pillars, you will be responsible for the project management and execution of key strategic projects across the team. Experience and a strong demonstrable success within a Process Management, Project Management or Consulting role, would be highly advantageous.

Your mission
- Managing projects through the project life cycle, from initiation through to closure
- Provision of clear project roadmaps that define project milestones
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
- Researching, analyzing and documenting all project requirements
- Preparation of presentations to key stakeholders
- Motivate and clearly communicate expectations to project team members
- Acting as team mediator to resolve any issues through the project life cycle
- Supporting the capture and tracking of issues
- Fostering a continuous improvement culture throughout the company
- Strong academic background with degree level studies in Engineering or Business Management related field
- Strong background in Project Management within Engineering, Business Management or Consulting related field
- K nowledge and experience in Change Management , Transformation and Start Up
- Strong skills in Power BI
- Problem solving mindset, root cause analysis knowledge
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong team player with a united and proactive approach
- Structured, well organized, detail and result oriented
- Highly self-motivated, dedicated and able to work autonomously, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Driven, keen, enthusiastic and able to work through problems with an analytical approach
- Resilient, persevering, and disciplined with high levels of empathy
- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
