About The Job

We are looking for a friendly and ambitious Product Designer with a passion for Visual Design to join our cross-functional product development team.

Ideal Profile

• Strong visual design competence: You have a knack for crafting designs that are as functional as they are beautiful. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to go from research to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaboration Skills: You're at your best when working with cross-functional teams, whether it’s brainstorming with PMs or partnering with engineers to implement designs.
• Tech Savvy: You know your way around design tools (we love Figma, but we're flexible!) and feel comfortable working with components and design systems.
• Communication Pro: You can explain your design decisions clearly, making the complex feel simple. Whether it’s presenting to stakeholders or collaborating with teammates, you bring people along with your ideas.
• Product Thinking: You understand the bigger picture – the balance of desirability, feasibility, and viability – and you design with this in mind.
• Adaptable and Open: Trends in health tech evolve quickly, and you’re excited to explore new tools, methodologies, and ideas to create impactful user experiences.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Design Excellence: Take the lead in shaping and maintaining our design quality, ensuring consistency and quality.
• User Advocate: Be the voice of the user in every discussion, advocating for accessibility, usability, and user-first solutions.
• Collaborate and Co-Create: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex ideas into delightful, functional designs.
• Embrace Feedback: Share your work early and often, welcoming feedback and iterating with a positive and constructive mindset.
• Hands-On Design: Create implementation-ready designs with attention to interaction, UI, and the smallest details that elevate the user experience.
• Innovate in Health Tech: Stay curious about trends in health tech and bring fresh ideas to the table that improve both our products and the lives of our users.
