Job Details:

• Role: ERP Project Manager
• Contract Type: Freelance/ B2B
• Location: Gothenburg
• Duration: 6 month contract + extension

Are you passionate about leading complex projects that drive real business impact? As a Senior Project Manager at our client, you will spearhead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, guiding them from initiation to successful completion.

You will play a crucial role in shaping project strategies, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery. In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews, incorporating lessons learned into future projects for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to client sites as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage projects in a structured way according to the client implementation methodology.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Your deep understanding of IT systems, coupled with your expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery, will be key to your success. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing IT implementation projects, preferably ERP.
• Fluency in either Swedish or Norweigan and English
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience working with popular ERP platforms such as IFS Applications, M3 or such.
• Knowledge of IFS implementation methodology.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge in any of the main process areas in IFS (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing, Service management, Supply chain management etc.)
