Location: Krakow Poland (Preferred Hybrid but remote is fine)

Principal Software Engineer

• Minimum 8+ years of tech experience
• 3 years of hands-on tech design lead and programming experience
• Breaks down technical requirements into tasks to plan an iteration with the scrum team
• Collaboratively codes, tests, and builds software according to requirements and acceptance criteria
• Supports Technical Product Manager in the preparation of requirements for forthcoming iterations
• Accountable for maintaining code quality
• Continuously improves processes, supported by the Scrum Master
• Works with teams to improve technical practices
• Attends scrum ceremonies
• Creates High-Level Design (HLD)
• Supports deployment & feature release process
• Takes part in the sizing process
• Designs, codes, debugs, and tests
• Troubleshoots issues in test and production environments
• Cooperates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities
• Innovates to improve application stability and performance
• Learns business requirements and translates them into implementation details
• Assists in the development of software technical documentation
• Expertise in skills as required by the program
• Expertise in development and CI tools
• Solid Unix/Linux knowledge or as stated in the program's tech stack requirements
