Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in product management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy to drive the growth of our cryptocurrency exchange platform, ensuring a user-focused and scalable product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of a new cryptocurrency exchange, establishing a robust, customer-focused, and scalable product roadmap.

• Product Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the short- and long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market needs.

• System Integration & API Management: Oversee integration of new products into our existing platform and manage third-party API connections, including wallet services, pricing feeds, and liquidity providers.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to drive product improvements and maintain competitive differentiation.

• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, security, and compliance teams to ensure timely and effective development of all product features.

• User Experience (UX/UI) Optimization: Prioritize customer experience by optimizing UX/UI and integrating user feedback into the product roadmap.

• Data Analytics & KPI Tracking: Leverage data to inform product decisions and continuously monitor key performance metrics to drive product optimization.

* Relocation to Tirana / Albania is mandatory

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s in Finance, Fintech, or Business is a plus.

• Experience in Fintech or Crypto: Minimum of 3+ years in a product management role within a cryptocurrency exchange firm.

• Overall Product Management Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in product management across relevant industries.

• API & Integration Expertise: Strong knowledge of API integrations, third-party services, and payment systems.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of the UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Axure is must. Familiarity with software development processes and knowledge of SQL, data analytics tools, or basic programming is a plus.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complex product and business challenges with creative solutions, grounded in data-driven decision-making.

• Effective Communication & Collaboration: Strong skills in cross-functional communication and documentation, ensuring alignment with both internal teams and external partners.

• Adaptability & Flexibility: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced industry and adapt to rapid market changes. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred
