Are you ready to take the helm of product strategy for Sage Active's Accounting capabilities? As a pivotal member of our Product Management team within the Accounting Business unit, you'll drive innovation and customer value in our cloud-native product tailored for VSEs, SMEs, and Chartered Accountants.

In this context, your role consists of:

• Defining the product strategy in alignment with the Business (PMM) and Group (Segment) vision, and breaking it down into roadmaps, with a view to optimizing the customer and business value of the offer.
• Understand the market, business, competition, professional and technical issues around products in order to inform decisions
• Decide and formalize in a factual, data-driven and argued manner the prioritization of product developments
• Describe, structure and prioritize customer needs in a brief by roadmap functionality for R&D / UX teams
• Lead a set of product committees (Internal, Customers, Partners) to collect, validate and schedule strategic product orientations
• Evangelize and collaborate with the internal ecosystem (Group, R&D, UX, Marketing, ISV , Commerce, Support, Legal) and external (Customers, Partners, Accountants) as a central referent for product strategy
• Being the preferred contact for R&D teams on capacity issues / team sizing, monitoring of execution of the roadmap and alignment/progress of product releases
  
  
  
  
  
  

Responsabilités principales What are we looking for?

• Holder of higher education, you have at least 2 years of experience in product management in the software environment with a in-depth knowledge on accounting and accounting practices within the French market.
• Your knowledge of the management software publishing market in the SME/VSE markets and the cloud industry allows you to easily understand business and product issues.
• You have a good understanding of the ecosystem and the management market, and you have sensitivity to SaaS issues (UX, agility and data)
• Educator and with good resistance to stress, you have a constant concern for customer service and demonstrate great interpersonal skills. You are driven by teamwork.
• You have leadership that allows you to influence decisions.
• You are organized, dynamic, diligent, rigorous and action oriented.
• Following processes, working as a team and sharing the progress of your activity via reporting seems natural to you.
• You have listening skills, a logical sense and a spirit of synthesis.
