Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for our client, a leading company in the eCommerce industry based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive and high-quality user experiences for eCommerce platforms. This role requires someone who can join immediately and play a key role in elevating the customer journey and user interface across web and mobile platforms.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs are user-centric, innovative, and aligned with business goals. You will work on high-impact projects that enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, create personas, and define user flows to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure seamless, responsive, and engaging design experiences across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standard.
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across digital assets.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experiences.
• Actively participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing eCommerce or digital platform work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility best practices.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
