Job Description

  • Lean Portfolio Management Implementation: Establish effective portfolio management practices to align strategic goals with program delivery, including governance structures for prioritization and funding.
  • SAFe Framework Adoption: Train and coach leaders and teams on SAFe principles, supporting the creation of key portfolio artifacts like Kanban boards and Lean Business Cases.
  • Agile Coaching: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams and leadership on Agile mindsets, principles, and behaviors.
  • Facilitation & Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance portfolio management skills across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Drive transparency and alignment among stakeholders, providing regular updates on portfolio health, performance, and decision-making outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Encourage collaboration between departments to ensure consistent delivery of portfolio objectives.
  • Continuous Process Optimization: Use Agile metrics and feedback loops to identify bottlenecks and improve portfolio management processes.


The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

  • At least 12 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in Agile Coaching
  • Poessess relevant certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA workflows and configurations.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Agile Portfolio Management and scaling Agile practices across portfolios.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience driving Agile transformations within Technology and Operations domains.
  • Ability to coach both at the strategic and team levels.
  • Expertise in interpreting Agile metrics to provide actionable insights.
