Position: Network Administrator - Direct Hire Permanent

Location: Des Moines, IA - Onsite

Salary:up to $105,000 base annual salary with exceptional benefits

Are you an technology expert versed in setting up and maintaining server hardware and software, managing data, reviewing system compatibility, and supporting enterprise infrastructure? Our client needs you!

As a Network Administrator, you will maintain servers, manage network connectivity, configure monitoring systems and provide technical guidance. You'll also get to collaborate with a dynamic team that values your expertise.

Skills needed:

• Managing servers and security appliances
• Maintaining virtual environments and LAN/WAN connectivity
• Configuration of remote access and protocols
• Inventory management, system documentation, and staying up-to-date with technology
• Managing script writing to streamline tasks, software license compliance, and on-call rotations.

What our client is looking looking for:

• Knowledge in Microsoft technologies, switching technologies, wireless technologies, security appliances, cloud technologies and storage technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge in cyber security best practices
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, certifications in Microsoft Technology, and 3+ years of enterprise environment experience.
