Job Summary:

We are looking for ambitious and motivated fresh graduates to join our firm as Analysts. This role provides an excellent opportunity for young professionals to develop their skills in financial analysis, market research, and client advisory while working alongside experienced professionals in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation modeling to support investment decisions.
• Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations.
• Support in the execution of transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Collaborate with different teams on client engagement and advisory projects.
• Monitor and track financial markets, economic trends, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Internship experience in financial services, consulting, or banking is a plus but not required.
