Purpose of the Job

Product Management for B2B for Airtel NLD Product – Local loop and NLD (Direct VPN) across all lines of Business

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

# Strategy:

Defining & Executing Growth Strategy for the Product

New Products & Investments

Feature Enhancement Roadmap

Alliances and Partnerships for Business and RMS Growth

Identifying the market opportunity – customer segments and product / features to grow the revenue

Establish key messaging / branding for products

# Operations:

• Manage the lifecycle of the product
• Operational Support, end to end process
• Monitor & Drive Initiatives to continuously improve customer experience
• Identify and Drive Digital interventions needed for the operations / experience of the product
• Ensure complete view and analysis of product feasibility, OB, churn and revenue trends

# P&L:

• Plan & Deliver the profitability targets for the product
• Identify & Drive Key Cost efficiency initiatives for the respective costs
• Continuously drive to improve cost structure so as to keep the product profitable and
• competitive in the market

Decision level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
