We have an open position for AI/ML Engineer, looking for PHD candidates only.

Roles and Responsibilities

AI (Artificial Intelligence) Model development

Model customization & fine tuning as per project requirement

Design , Implement, Fine tune & maintain AI models, including machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

Conduct research to advance the state of the art in NLP (Natural Language Processing), computer vision and other AI domains.

Train group of junior team members on AI practices (development, deployment & maintenance) based on project requirements.

Data capturing, monitoring and summarizing for Management level reporting, maintaining systems for data analysis and reporting.

Data Management for AI models evaluation

Collect, pre process and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate AI models.

Implement data augmentation and pipeline processes to enhance quality of training/test data.

Work along with other teams to collect data at org level and deploy scalable AI solutions

Cross Functional collaboration and communication

Work closely with team leaders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Partner with team managers, engineers and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets for

management review.

Ensure AI models are seamlessly integrated into the overall technology stack, optimizing for performance, reliability and scalability after discussion with all stake holders (Including HQ)

Skills and Experience Required

Proficiency in design, development and optimizing complex machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

Expertise in deep learning architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), transformers, and Generative Adversarial Networks

Expertise in optimization techniques, such as gradient descent, evolutionary algorithms, and Bayesian optimization

Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and R

Experience with specialized libraries for natural language processing (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy) and computer vision (e.g., OpenCV , Detectron2

Skills in designing and managing complex data pipelines and ETL processes
