We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Dynamic team in India

Become part of the CTO team in an ongoing transformation and agile growth of the organization, which is rapidly expanding its footprint in India. Be a cross-continental link that fosters agile maturity and embraces agile values in building product delivery excellence and high-performing agile teams.

We are a team of 15 professionals, as part of the CTO department in the domain of agile software development, who define and maintain the common language of the organization around Agility and DevOps, supporting corporate-wide software product delivery tools and processes.

Your workday, your tasks, and Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coaching and mentoring people on all levels of the organization with various maturity levels
• Embracing agile communities of practice
• Contributing to the agile transformation, definition and maintenance of our common language in agile software development
• Promoting the Scrum framework, company standards and best practices for agile software development
• Facilitation of Scrum events in a valuable, engaged and creative way
• Conducting workshops for various target groups/individuals in broad areas of agile domain
• Continuously seeking improvement opportunities within and around the agile team(s)
• Supporting management with use and understanding of agile software development metrics
• Representing the agile community as an ambassador within the organization and helping to grow the agile community in areas which have potential for improvement.
• Driving or supporting strategic corporate initiatives world-wide

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging, influencing and facilitating collaboration across agile teams and stakeholders
• Excellent level of written and spoken English (C1 – CAE definitely an advantage)
• Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification expected (PSM, CSM, ICC)
• Experience working with Atlassian Jira & Confluence platform
• Knowledge/experience in working at scale (LeSS, NeXuS) definitely an advantage
• Knowledge/experience in use of the KanBan method definitely an advantage
• Well organized and able to develop and monitor action plans
• Openness to learn.
