We are looking for a highly skilled UI Developer - Full Stack (React + Java)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using React for the front end and Java for the back end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement robust APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
• Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards in application design and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Strong expertise in Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile teams, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, or Selenium.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development roles.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
