Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join my State Government client based in Geelong. You will develop and deliver reporting and analytical capabilities within the P&C function, using your SAS coding skills to connect P&C metrics to corporate strategies. This is an initial contract until the end of June 2025 with a potential to extend. This role has hybird working arrangements with 3 days in the office.

• Collaborate with P&C teams to provide data analysis and insights supporting corporate objectives.
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations for executive and board-level audiences.
• Develop integrated workforce reporting using various data sources.
• Manage and coordinate corporate workforce reporting, including monthly, board, and annual reports.

About You

• SAS coding skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in an HR or P&C analytics role - advantageous
• Excel skills, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, HR, or Accounting are desirable.
