Senior Insights Analyst

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll use data insights to help the team drive a personalised and seamless service that delights customers across all channels. You’ll become part of a customer’s journey by creating unique experiences for every individual interaction. Each communication requires data-driven segmentation, eligibility and contact channel selection to ensure every customer touchpoint is highly relevant and compelling.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Collecting, monitoring, and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and pattern to inform business strategy and drive growth
• Designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and validating findings
• Managing campaign delivery (NBCs) in collaboration with marketing and the product squads
• Communicating complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders
• Proactively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders by supplying customer insights which enables them to determine optimal contact strategies
• Gathering valuable insights and presenting key findings to business stakeholders through the utilisation of the data visualisation tools

We are interested to hear from people who have:

• Demonstrated experience working in roles involving data analysis, Insights and Analytics or similar background
• Intermediate/ advanced SQL experience
• Campaign or NBC (next best conversation) experience is highly regarded
• Experience working in an agile environment is desirable
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including building and maintaining good networks
• Exhibit strong commercial acumen, and experience in proactively and creatively utilising analytics to drive decision making
• Knowledge and experience with data analysis tools such as Python R, SAS, SPSS, Hadoop is desirable
