We are seeking a Talent & Data Analytics Specialist to join Executive Development & Compensation team. Executive Development & Compensation reports directly to the President & CEO, and is responsible for matters pertaining to development & compensation for Corporate, Executive & General Management level employees.

This is a hybrid position requiring the skills, experience and credibility. Your primary role is to provide talent consulting and advanced talent data services serving Saudi Aramco’s management and executive population globally and undertaking strategic staffing studies particularly around talent management and succession planning providing the relevant internal authorities with insights on managerial and executive bench-strength and vulnerabilities. A particular focus of the role will involve ownership and management of advanced data analytics within Aramco’s Executive Development & Compensation Department. Given this is a startup unit, it will be critical to establish metrics related to Performance and development, compensation, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning. This role will require both setting the strategy and hands on delivery.


As a successful candidate, you will perform the following:

  • Provide analyses and recommends solutions to HR issues pertaining to Professional, Manager and Executive level development solutions.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on Aramco’s executive assessment and development procedures and recommends and implements approved programs.
  • Oversea the complete life-cycle of analytic projects within area of authority, including; design, research, development, testing, validation, implementation and ongoing support.
  • Lead innovation creating additional value through the use of data assets and analytics.
  • Provides technical guidance in the development of complex analytics programs, machine learning algorithms.
  • Engage with SMEs and technical authorities to enhance operational efficiency and provide new talent insights in the field of talent analytics.
  • Lead data gathering and data cleaning activities, including the identification and resolution of data quality problems and develops processes and tools to improve accuracy & efficiency.
  • Undertake the analysis of large data sets using both conventional and machine learning techniques.
  • Manage the overall design of rich data visualizations to communicate complex solutions to management.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate across functions, drive for results, work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to align talent analytics with organizational goals. They will be able to partner with external vendors and consultants as needed, as well as stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent analytics.


As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • B.Sc. in Business, Management, Psychology, Computer & IS, Applied Statistics or related discipline. Advanced degree is preferred (Masters or Ph.D.).
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in data analytics, talent management, management assessment, management development or executive coaching.
  • Expert knowledge of: Python, R, Matlab, SCALA, SQL, and Visualization tools (PowerBI, Spotfire or Tableau).
  • Excellent knowledge of; Statistics, Problem solving, Machine learning and AI/GenAI
