HR & Office Coordinator - Estonia (18 month contract)

We’re looking for an HR & Office Coordinator to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia, for an initial 18-month maternity cover. This role is critical in providing the best employee experience and ensuring efficient office management. You will be the first point of contact for employees, assisting them with Office and HR-related queries and supporting the wider HR team with administrative tasks.

Plus, you'll organize everything fun we do for employees, including parties, competitions, and seasonal events.


 


A taster of what you will be involved with  

  • Enhancing employee experience by organizing and executing a variety of events.

  • Ensuring our modern, three-floor office in the heart of Tallinn is efficient, welcoming, and inspiring.

  • Collaborating with HR, Corporate IT, the Global and Estonian BEE team, and external vendors to support our employees.

  • Updating and maintaining our intranet/infosson.

  • Answering HR-related employee questions and queries via various channels.

  • Providing support to the Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partners as required.


 


What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Process-oriented with a structured approach.

  • Highly committed and self-driven.

  • Eager to learn.

  • Service-minded.

  • Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.
