WE ARE LOOKING FOR AI Developer

We are looking for AI Developer with a strong background in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). Our organization engages in diverse projects for a variety of customers across different segments, and the ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering tailored AI solutions that meet unique client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize, optimize and integrate LLM architectures and related algorithms to meet the specific needs of various customer applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into client platforms and applications, ensuring solutions are tailored to specific industry requirements.
  • Conduct research to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in language modeling and AI to enhance project outcomes.
  • Analyze and preprocess diverse datasets suitable for training and evaluating LLMs, adapting strategies to meet the needs of various sectors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models for clients and make necessary improvements based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale AI models, particularly LLMs, in a client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and algorithms applicable to different industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scalability, adaptable to diverse project requirements.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques suited for varying customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet client objectives.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
