Oxygen Digital have partnered with a fast-growing, remote-first startup based in Cologne that’s revolutionizing the lifecycle of consumer products with their AI-powered operating system. Their platform streamlines R&D, product development, and marketing processes, reducing costs and accelerating product success. Their AI-driven product matching tool has gained significant traction across their respected industry, and now they're looking for a GenAI Engineer to join the business. As a core member of their Engineering team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and building the product, working alongside experienced colleagues to innovate and solve complex challenges. What You’ll Do: Drive Innovation: Work at the forefront of AI-driven product development, contributing to and evaluating new ideas from the team or the research community. Research & Experiment: Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance, scalability, and robustness of code generation workflows, continuously iterating to improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to understand the business context, providing valuable insights and feedback. Internal Tools Development: Research, develop, and maintain internal tooling to continuously improve the development process. Communicate Findings: Share research findings with the team, proposing new solutions and strategies to ensure our product remains industry-leading. What They're Looking For: Experience building LLM-driven RAG systems, preferably in the code generation space, either commercially or through side projects. Open-source contributions or papers in the field are a major plus. 1-2 years minimum experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). 3+ years of experience with any Data Science and Machine Learning stack.
