What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Drive the development of platforms using Python and Go, with a focus on best coding practices.
• Oversee cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Champion agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of technical strategy, team growth, and project outcomes.

What You Bring

• Fluency in both German and English (essential).
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in programming with Python and Go.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including architecture and deployment.
• Solid experience implementing Scrum methodologies in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and guide engineering teams to success.
